NA N,N 2-HYDROXYETHYL DIMETHYL HYDANTOIN (WS 23149), POLYURENTHANE GRADE. CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE AND MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET REQUIRED.) MATERIAL SHOULD BE SHIPPED IN 55 GALLON METAL DRUMS AND SHOULD BE PALLETIZED. DO NOT MIX LOTS ON PALLETS. A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AND TWO OPTION YEARS WITH A TOTAL ESTIMATED YEARLY QUANTITY OF 51,184 LBS, WILL BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS REQUEST. THE BPA WILL ESTABLISH A UNIT PRICE FOR AWARDED QUANTITIES. Issue date is 17 Oct 2003. Proposed contract is unrestricted. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 2.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing this website, Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as well any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt may render t he quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
