Description

NA T-BUTYLPHENOL TYPE ANTIOXIDANT (WS-23151).CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE AND MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET REQUIRED. ALL CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF TABLE I OF WEAPONS SPEC 23151A MUST BE MET. THIS MATERIAL WILL BE USED IN A PBX PRODUCTION MIX. ANTIO XIDANT MUST BE TESTED/APPROVED BEFORE PROVIDING ANY PRODUCT OTHER THAN THE THREE MANUFACTURER'S LISTED BELOW: AO2246 MANUFACTURED BY CYTEC INDUSTRIES; RALOX 46 MANUFACTURED BY RASCHIG; AND, CAO-5 MANUFACTURED BY PMC SPECIALITIES. IF BIDDING ON A PRODUCT OTHER THAN LISTED ABOVE, YOU MUST PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS FOR EVALUATION. A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WITH A TOTAL ESTIMATED QUANTITY OF 8200 POUNDS WILL BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS REQUEST. THE BPA WILL ESTABLISH A UNIT PRICE FOR AWARDED QUANTITIES. Due date is 17 Oct 2003. Proposed contract is unrestricted. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 2.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after t he issue date by accessing this website, Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as well any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is theref ore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receip t may render the quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
