The closing date has been changed from 10-30-03 to 11-06-03 prepared in accordance with the format in Subp art 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated pr ovisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The Procurement Request Order Number (PRON) AX3J0173AX is being issued as a request for quotation under solicitation number DAAH2303T1069. Unit of measure is each.
