- NA Furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles necessary to perform Janitorial services to the facilities within the Arkansas Post Field Office area as specif ied. Contract period shall be from 1 October 2003, or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 2004 with options to extend through 30 September 2006. The solicitation will be posted on the Contracting Division internet website on or about 09 October 2003 so that you may download it. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer s ubmittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will NOT be allowed. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 9 October 2003. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 9 October 2003. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp). The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about 28 October 200 3, 2:00 p.m. local time. Numbered Note 1 applies. The following NAISC code 561720 will apply with a size standard of $14,000,000.00.
