Description

NA RIGHT OF WAY IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. BID OPENING WILL NOT BE HELD PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF RIGHT OF WAY FOR THIS PROJECT. This is an unrestricted procurement. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, mobilization and demo bilization and constructing three water control structures and three earthen plugs. Principal features of work include construction of two double 60-inch diameter concrete embedded cylinder pipe (ECP) structures and associated cofferdams, construction of a double 90-inch diameter riser pipe structure with double 72-inch diameter ECP outlet pipes and associated cofferdams, dewatering, construction of three earthen plugs of varying size, for using the Government-furnished software (RMS) and providing all lab or and equipment necessary for electronic exchange of information and management of the contract (See Section 01312 QUALITY CONTORL SYSTEM), storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
