- Description
- The Government intends to procure the following items: (1) body assembly valve, pn. 3167365-3, 25 each; (2) body assembly, pn. 661714-25, 20 each; and (3) housing assembly, pn. 3160356-1, 15 each from Honeywell International, Inc. Defense and Space, 1300 West Warner Road, Tempe, AZ 852850-2200 on a delivery order issued against BOA N00383-02-G-003J. The Government intends to enter into sole source negotaitions with Honeywell International Inc. based on the belief that Honeywell International, Inc. has the proprietary rights to the technical data for the design of these parts and they are the original equipment manufacturer as stated by NAVAIR manuals NA-03-75AIR-39 and A1-454AC-410-000. The NAICS is 336413 with a size standard of 1000. Note 22 and 26 applies.
