Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 2,750 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 2,398 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date preferred is September 15, 2004 or earlier if possible. New construction will also be considered. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: Beginning at an Area bounded NORTH; by Drew Street (and 1 block North), EAST; by State Road 611/McMullen Booth Road to Gulf to Bay Blvd. to US 19, SOUTH; by one block South of SR 60, Gulf to Bay Blvd., plus the area bounded on the south by Druid Road, and the WEST; by one block west of US 19. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 30 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee parking consisting of 7 surfaced parking spaces on site or within 200 feet of building.
