- WMATA is soliciting proposals for a negotiated, ?Best Value?, design-build project for a new mezzanine entrance at the King Street Metro Rail Station, including elevators; stairs; canopy; mezzanine ancillary facilities [kiosk, mechanical, electrical and communications]; and sidewalk improvements at the south entrance to the station. Contract duration: 625 days. Estimated range: $5-$10M.
