PR No: LTC03205013429. This solicitation will contain 5 NSNs. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The Sole Source of supply is Essex Cryogenics of Missouri Inc. (CAGE: 19062). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 3655-01-005-8157 P/N 20C-0021-0002, Base Year AEQ: 680 each, Option Year AEQ: 680 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, 76 days ARO. NSN 3655-01-005-8158; Roller Cam, P/N 20C-0021-0007, Base year AEQ: 1180 each, Option Year AEQ 1180 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, 48 DARO. NSN 3655-01-005-8159; Cover, Drive, P/N 20C0021-0008, Base Year AEQ 300 each, Option Year 300 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, 46 DARO. NSN 3655-01-005-8160, Seat Assembly, Female Filler Valve, P/N 20C0021-0021, Base Year AEQ: 500 each, Option Year AEQ: 500 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, 60 DARO. NSN 3655-01-005-8161; Tube, Valve P/N 20C-0021-0035, Base Year AEQ: 360 each, Option Year 360 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance 50 DARO. DSCR has an approved technical data package available for each NSN. Please submit requests to DSCR-VABA. The offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate parts for evaluation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 01 November 2002. The anticipated award date is 31December 2003. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies.
