- Awards have been made to three of the five planned contracts for architectural and engineering services. Contracts were awarded to Kaighn Associates Architects, Norman, OK; LWPB Architects & Planners and Frankfurt-Short-Bruza Architects Engineers & Planners, both firms located in Oklahoma City, OK.
