- Description
- Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, Augusta, Georgia, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, with KOL BIO Medical Instruments, Inc., 13901 Willard Road, Chantilly, VA 20151, for 1160 custom cardiac cath trays for VA Medical Center, Atlanta, Georgia. The applicable NAICS code for this solicitation is 334510 with a size standard of 500 employees. The intended contract will be for the period November 1, 2003, through October 31, 2004. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature and documentation, detailing their experience in providing this product, to the Contracting Officer or by fax to (478) 274-5579. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM, October 23, 2003.
