NA A. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date for receipt of propsals from 7 July 2003, 1500 hours to 13 Novmeber 2003, 1500 hours. B. A site visit at select Dining Facilities is scheduled for 23 October 2003, 0815 hours, 2nd floor conference room, Bldg 2021 (Directorate of Contracting), Club Road, Fort Bliss, TX 79916. Interested firms are requested to confirm their attendnance at t he site visit not later than 20 October 2003, by contacting Carol Mack at 915-568-6858. C. The solicitation is changed from 100 percent set-aside for the Small Business Administration 8(a)Program with SLA preference under the Randolph-Sheppard Act to Full and Open Competition with SLA preference under the Randolph-Sheppard Act.
