Personnel Services and Support is estimated at approximately $587 million over five years, Recruitment and Retention is estimated at approximately $155 million over five years, Studies and Analysis is estimated at approximately $184 million over five years, and Administrative Support is estimated at approxmately $25 million over five yea rs.
