Description: NA The government has a requirement to qualify the M255A1 Flechette Warhead with a single set time fuze for Navy/Marine Corps use (Modified M255A1 Flechette Warhead Qualification program). This requirement principally centers on implementing an alternate fuz e for the M439 that can be supported by the existing Navy 2.75-inch rocket system. This requirement is being restricted to the prime contractor, General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products, 128 Lakeside Avenue, Burlington, VT 05401-4985. See numbere d note(s) 22.
