- This modification to the prior announcement outlines what is required in the Qualification Statement. Note: The question marks in the original announcement were bullet marks when it was transmitted. Please interpret as a bullet mark or a dash mark. Vendor responses in the Qualification Statement should be limited to: 1. Commercial literature or a 3 page summary that unequivocally states that the vendor can perform and has expertise performing C&A work, including the number of engagements, which conforms to NIST 800 series. 2. List a minimum of 3 past performance references with contacts where NIST C&A work was completed. 3. List which cities referenced in the original announcement that the vendor has C&A teams available for work on single or multiple systems for short durations (approximately 6 months) and short lead times (approximately 1 month). 4. Indicate all available vendor contractual vehicles such as GSA or other GWACs from other federal agencies. 5. Indicate all applicable small business categories, such as small, large, disadvantaged, woman-owned, HUBZone, veteran owned, service disabled veteran owned, or 8(a) certified. Please resubmit any Qualification Statements (QSs) that have been submitted prior to the amendment of this announcement to ensure that the QS contains the proper information. The time and date for receipt of QSs remain the same: Midnight (ET) October 13, 2003.
