Description

Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Morale, Welfare, Recreation Department located at Patuxent River and St.Inigoes MD has a requirement for a maintenance service order covering the following Life Fitness and Stair Master Exercise Equipment: 7 each-Model LC95RHR, Life Cycle Recumbent Bike; 8 each-Model LC95HR, Life Cycle Upright Bike; 3 each-Model LS95HR Life Step, Stair Stepper; 11 each--Model CT95HR, Cross Trainer, Front Drive; 8 each-Model TR95HR, Treadmill; 2 each-Model TR95HR(NG), Treadmill; 12 each-Model TR97HR, Treadmill; 1 each-Model LT/CP, Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/LE, Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/AB, Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/LAT, Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/SR, Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/AC, Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/BE, Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/SP, Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/TRI, Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/FLY, Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/LC Resistance Equipment; 1 each-Model LT/LP, Resistance Equipment; 3 each-Model PT44600CL, Stair Master; 1 each-Model FR5400ESS, Stair Master; and 2 each-Model PT4000, Stair Master. The maintenance service period shall be from date of award through 30 September 2004. NOTE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Required Central contractor Registration" applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6/1/98. Lack of registration in CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please ensure compliance with this registration when submitting your offer.
