- Description
- Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, intends to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Raytheon Company, Tucson AZ 85734 to supply various spare parts to support the maintenance and overhaul of Paveway II and Paveway III, MK 82-500 pound, MK-83-1000 pound and MK 84-2000 pound Laser Guided Bombs (LGB) and Airfoil Groups (AFG). Because Raytheon Company has exclusive proprietary rights to all drawings and specifications the orders will be issued on an Other than full and open Competition basis per FAR 6.302-1. This is will be a three-year effort with two-one year options. Periodic review and synopsis of this BOA will be performed by this activity. Note 22 applies.
