- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis a license for WebFile Server (WFS) User and CPU software and WFS LDAP Integration Module. The required software is to be procured from Xythos Software, Inc., San Francisco, CA. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Xythos Software, Inc. which is the manufacturer of the software to be procured. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all information received within ten days after the publication of this synopsis. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement action based on the responses received is solely with the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice of intent. The NAICS code is 541512 and the small business size standard is $21 million.
