Description

Alongside aircraft refueling and other related services at NSA Souda Bay, Crete, Greece for the period December 1, 2004 through November 30, 2008. Contractor furnished refueling vehicles are required. ?Best Value? source selection procedures will used on this procurement. Faxed initial proposals are not authorized. This solicitation will not be printed or mailed via the old established mailing lists. The solicitation will be issued on DESC-FP website. http://www.desc.dla.mil/DCM/DCMPage.asp?pageid=45 A site-visit will be scheduled in December 2003. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
