- Solicitation for End Item: F-16 Aircraft, NSN 1680-01-203-7389, authorized by LTC03238014193. Coupling Assembly, IAW Transdigm Inc., Cage 04638, P/N 2100164-002. Critical Application item. LTC W/4 option years, estimated annual quantity 18 ea. Base year and 36 ea. For the option years. Unrestricted procurement with Other than full and open competition. Intended sources: Transdigm Inc., Cage 04638. FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Deliver within 90 days ARO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Request for a written quote, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a complete copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
