Description: Training will be offered to Small Business Liaison Officers (SBLOs) in a two day conference that will be held on November 3 and 4, 2003 at George Mason University, Fairfax, VA. This special training will be sponsored by the Dod Small Business Council for Education and Advocacy Washington D.C. and hosted by the George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program.
