Description: Crooked Fork Tributary Barrier Culvert Replacement: Project consists of removal of two adjacent existing corrugated metal pipes and installation of a new embedded pipe arch that will allow fish passage. Work includes culvert removal and installation, placing crushed aggregate, and placing riprap. Instream work must occur between July 1 and August 15. The project site is at milepost 9.2 on Road 595. Road 595 takes off from Hwy 12 near Lolo Pass (Idaho/Montana State Line). Est. price range: $25,000 - $100,000. Est. start work July 2004. ALL INTERESTED QUOTERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO VIEW THE SITE THIS FALL, AS THIS PROJECT WILL BE ADVERTISED PRIOR TO SNOWMELT IN 2004.
