Description

The NIH, National Institute on Aging,IRP, NIA Clinical Research Branch, Harbor Hospital, 3001 S Hanover Street, 5th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21225 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Medical Systems N.A., 22100 Bothell Everett Highway, Bothell, WA 98041. The purpose of this request is to obtain an Integrated Workstation for Echo Viewing & Reporting. This workstation will perform the necessary functions to manage, import, export, archive, and review digital exams. It will feature dynamic playback controls, contrast, brightness and grayscale adjustment,stress to review exam with images shuffled by anatomical view, stress stage or acquisition sequence,protocol view for stress and standard ultrasound exams,easy review of images from multiple exams using side-by-side comparison,image captioning and flagging,perform unlabelled 2D, M-Mode, and Doppler measurements including distance, trace, and volume measurements. Tranfer of labeled measurements from SONOS 4500/5500 via network or media directly into the clinical database. The SONOS 5500 Upgrade from C.0 to D.0 Note will prevent any transducer with an AMP connector or AMP Adapter Block form operating on the system. The Integrated Digital Interface to provide network connectivity to EnConcert.
