- Description
- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested from interest parties for the procurement of the following equipment or equal: (1) 245 each Garmin GPS-12 GPS Unit, (2) 191 each AN/PVS-7B Night Vision Goggle - ITT Model F5001B Gen III Unit. To meet performance standards set in Mil-Spec MIL-G-49313(CR). To include adjustable headmount, flexible carrying case, shipping/storage case and user's manual, (3) 266 each Brunton 10x25 Binocular, (4) 599 GI Tritium Compass (NSN 6605-010196-6971) Measures degrees and Mils. To be provided with pouch, (5) 433 each Streamlight PolyStinger flashlights Model ST-760, rechargeable , Black, with standard 10 hour charger for 230 VAC operation. (6) 322 each Highway Emergency Kit, Kross Model SD-100 (Special made for Bolivia). The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated into this RFQ by reference and are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. No addenda apply to these Provisions and Clauses. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications ? Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.246-15, (APR 1984), Certificate of Conformance. No additional FAR clauses apply. The contractor will be required to ship directly to Miami, Florida and packing, and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to prevent damage of equipment during shipment and handling.
