- Description
- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ), no. 0110-365005. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order for one centrifugal pump assembly and one meter assembly. Specifications: Centrifugal pump assembly 3" suction by 3" discharge for transfer of Jet-A1 fuel from storage tanks to helicopters and fixed wing aircraft. Meter assembly to control and measure the fuel supply being transferred. Requested flow 200 gallons by minute to a pressure of 150 pounds per square inch. Offerors shall state their standard warranty they offer in their response to the RFQ. Delivery to Robertson Freight Forwarding, 4469 NW 97th Avenue, Miami, FL 33178. The selected contractor will be required to coordinate delivery with the freight forwarder. Purchase order must be marked on the outside of the packing container. Note: Pricing MUST include pre-paid shipping - surface. Packaging, packing, and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Colombia without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. Prices should be FOB destination Miami. Award will be made based on lowest priced, technically acceptable.
