- DUCT CLEANING SERVICES. James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa Florida. This is a synopsis for commercial services per the procedures at FAR 12, 13, and 15. Solicitation number RFP 673-09-04. Offers due 31 October 2003, 4 p.m. eastern standard time. Solicitation issue date 14 October 2003. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561790, size standard $6M. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to clean ductwork and associated fans for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resulting contract. Period of performance: 3 November 2003 (or date of award, whichever is later), through 30 September 2004, plus four option years. Subject to the availability of FY 04 funds.
