- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE INC to provide the following: Brand name Quartet Simplicity Series All in one Environmental Control Unit (Qty 10), Each ECU System includes the following: (1) Quartet all in one ECU unit, (1) Quartet AT Microphone with 16? flexible boom and 20? cable, (1) Quartet QSP Sip and Puff Switch box, (1) Quartet QSP Switch cable 1?, (1) Quartet Hydrophobic bi-directional filter, (1) Quartet bed interface cable, (1) Bed mounted receiver left & right, (1) Microphone mounting arm, (1) Pillow speaker with volume control, (1) Mounting plate for pillow speaker, and installation. North American Industry Classification System is 42145. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full and Open Competition. Announcement 673-30-04. Delivery to be made to James A.
