- Contractor shall provide all labor, parts and manpower necessary to provide a full service preventive maintenance and repair contract for (1) Model 343L Sani-Pak Auto Clave Unit with 50/50 Shredder and Compactor located at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422. Contract period is 11/1/03 thru 9/30/04 with four (1) year renewal options, subject to the availability of funds.
