- Description
- Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 66, Part III, Cost-Per-Test, Clinical Laboratory Analyzers: Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Immunochemistry. The Government contemplates award of firm-fixed price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Schedule type contracts with Economic Price Adjustment provision. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes 325413 & 334516 apply with applicable Small Business Size Standard of 500. This solicitation will be a "standing" solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on an open-and-continuous basis and will not contain a closing date for receipt of offers. New offers may be submitted at any time. Performance will commence the effective date of award (DOA) and expire five years from that date, unless cancelled, terminated or extended pursuant to any option provisions included in the contract. All contracts under this Multiple Award Schedule solicitation will include an option to extend the term of the contract. All contracts will include the Industrial Funding Fee requirement.
