- Description
- 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The requirement is: CLIN: 0001 NSN: 2915-01-236-8314 P/N: 1317M47G02 Nozzle: welded assembly consisting of a cover, checkvalve,support, and metering set, which delivers a calibrated patterned fuel spray for combustion. (Appl: F108 Engine) QTY Range: Min: 9 ea Med: 18 ea Max: 23 ea Delivery Schedule: May 2004 3. The requirement is restricted to approved sources only. Currently, Woodard FST Inc and Parker Hannifin Corporation are approved sources. Any contractor interested in qualifying should call Joe Roop (405)739-7243; OC-ALC/BC, Tinker AFB, OK 73145. 4. New and Unused Surplus Material is acceptable. New/unused Commercial off the shelf surplus parts, component parts and/or assemblies shall have the original FAA Form 8130-3, Airworthiness Approval Tag with appropriate documentation annotate by th OEM's manfacturing source. An incomplete, altered or incorrect FAA 8130-3 is unacceptable. Surplus parts must be a CFMI authorized/aprroved parts manufacturing vendor. 5.
