Description

AMC seeks to identify potential air carriers who are interested in providing air transportation services for the movement of passengers and baggage and cargo originating from and terminating at NS Mayport, FL and/or NAS Jacksonville, FL. Flights may consist of multiple flights legs and stops with delays. The aircraft will be required to land and depart from a 4,000-foot runway (300 ft overruns at each end) while loaded. For reference, Fresh Creek Airport, Andros Island, Bahamas is a representative runway. Services will be on an ?as required? basis for the deployment and redeployment of: (1) a maximum of 130 passengers and 10,000 lbs approximately 3 times per year, (2) a maximum of 75 passengers and 6,000 lbs approximately 10 times per year. Multiple trips and multiple aircraft can facilitate lift; however, all passengers and cargo must be moved in one day. Aircraft provided shall be a minimum of one twenty four seat or larger, IFR equipped, multi engine, turbine powered, dual piloted aircraft. Cargo may consist of aircraft support equipment, HAZMAT (lubricants, oils), guns (no ammunition), and training missiles (non-firing, no ordnance).
