Description

NA NA The US Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC-4), Alexandria, VA, intends to acquire from the Computer Sciences Corporation, Moorestown, NJ on a non-competitive basis, initial developmen t documentation which includes a software requirements specification, a software top-level design document, a software center operator manual, a software user manual, a software design description and an interface requirements specification for the Tactica l Logistics Data Digitization (TLDD) software applications for the Digital Log Book (DLB), the Digital Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services (DPMCS), and the Electronic Technical Manual-Interface (EMT-I). The acquisition also includes logistical su pport and options for deployment, training, and on-site support for the existing developed TLDD software applications. The award will be made with a Firm Fixed Price contract. This action is processed on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 230 4(c)(1). This notice is not to be considered a request for offer/proposal from other sources; however, any qualified and responsible source may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency.
