Description

NA THE DESCRIPTION OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS CHANGE TO READ AS FOLLOWS: OD WATERBORNE PAINT, DEVFLEX 4206 FED STAD 595 COLOR 34088. CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE REQUIRED WITH SHIPMENT. A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WITH A TOTA L ESTIMATED QUANTITY OF 4025 GALLONS WILL BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS REQUEST. THE BPA WILL ESTABLISH A UNIT PRICE FOR AWARDED QUANTITIES. ISSUE DATE IS 20 OCT 2003. Proposed contract is unrestricted. This solicitation will be issued electronically i n accordance with FAR 4.502 and 2.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing this website, Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as well an y amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order t o obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt may render the quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
