NA This modification is issued to explain the inclusion/deletion of various symbols or punctuation marks. Due to peculiarities of the synopsis announcement system, quote marks, apostrophes, and underlines have been changed to question marks or deleted. Therefore, ignore randomly placed question marks and to clarify our intent, please insert an underline beneath the plus sign in the sentence that reads AND OTHER CRITICAL ASSETS OF THE MANEUVER FORCE IN THE 2015 + 5 TIMEFRAME, which can be found in the fir st 21 lines or so of the synopsis. The sentence will then verbally read AND OTHER CRITICAL ASSETS OF THE MANEUVER FORCE 2015, PLUS OR MINUS 5, TIMEFRAME.
