- NA Lease of parking spaces for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District vehicles. USACE intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Five Star Parking for parking spaces at the Center City Philadelphia, PA Market St. location. Five Star Pa rking is the sole owner/operator of this facility. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A dete rmination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS Code is 812930 with a Size Stand ard of $6.0 million gross receipts per year. The contract will have a period of performance for the Base Year from 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004 and will contain 2 additional 1-year option periods.
