- The Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service, completed a Circular A-76 streamlined competitive sourcing study of approximately 52 Series 326 Office Automation Clerks in various offices in Regions 2, 4, and 6. (Please refer towww.fws.gov for specific location information.) The cost comparisons made in the study resulted in performance decisions in all three Regions in favor of the incumbent service provider, i.e., the government employees. These decisions were made on September 23, 2003, which is the official end date of the competition. No solicitation will be issued. The competitive sourcing initiative is being handled by the Division of Policy and Directives Management.
