Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, (SPAWARSYSCEN) San Diego, CA contemplates issuing a Solicitation/Request for Proposal to procure an assorted list of LENEL SYSTEMS INTL. INC. (Lenel) hardware/software components and critical ancillary components (CLINS 0001 through 0272) to support the SPAWARSYSCEN in San Diego, CA and SPAWAR Systems Activity Pacific in Pearl City, HI. Competition will be restricted to only authorized Lenel Value Added Resellers (VARs) in good standing. The specific listing of hardware components and software will be published with the electronic RFP when it is released. Release of the RFP is estimated on/about 27 October 2003. An Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, supply-type contract with a Firm-Fixed Price pricing structure is anticipated. The Contract period of performance is a Three (3) Year contract with no option periods. Estimated total potential contract value is $4,000,000. Primary place of delivery is Honolulu, HI and San Diego, CA. NO HARD COPIES OF THE RFP WILL BE AVAILABLE. Copies can be obtained at the SPAWAR e-Commerce web page: https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil/ when it is released. Firms should look under "SSC SAN DIEGO" and "Future Opportunities" for the specific RFP Number. PARTIES INTERESTED IN THIS PROCUREMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING THIS WEB SITE PERIODICALLY, IF NOT DAILY, TO DETERMINE IF AN RFP OR AN AMENDMENT TO THE RFP HAS BEEN ISSUED.
