Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in the availability of sites suitable for a possible future location of the United States Court and other federal offices. Approximate minimum site size: 2 acres. Location: West side of Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, in the area from the villages of Susupe to Chalan Kiya and Kannat Tabla in the south, to Puerto Rico and Capitol Hill in the north. This inquiry is in connection with a proposed future project for the U.S. Government to lease approximately 75,000 ? 80,000 rentable square feet of court and office space, envisioned to be in a build-to-suit 3-story structure with underground parking. Setbacks of 50 feet on all sides will be required. This inquiry is part of a preliminary investigation and is not a solicitation for offers. In the event that offers are solicited at a future date, the requested size, location and other parameters may change from those outlined above. Site information is requested to include an area map showing street location, a site plan, and statement of site size in acres.
