Description: General Services Administration is Interested in Leasing Approximately 31,419 Net Rentable Square Feet Which Will Produce Approximately 31,419 BOMA Usable Square Feet of Warehouse Space for the Bureau of Prisons. The Space Must Include Approximately 2000 Square Feet of Office Space. A Total of 40 Parking Spaces are Required. Unique Requirements: Full Warehouse Capabilities Including Docks. Location: Bounded by: North: Rankin Road South: Beltway 8 East: Aldine Westfield Road West: Interstate 45 Term: The Space is Required For 2 Years With The Government Having the Right to Terminate After 1 Year of Occupancy. Expressions of Interest: Submit No Later Than October 25, 2003, and Include the Following Information: Street Address and Building Name (if applicable); Square Footage Offered; Name, Address and Telephone Number of Individual to be Contacted; Evidence of Authority to Represent the Owner. Submission of This Information by Email is Encouraged. Authorized Contacts: In No Event Shall the Offeror Enter Into Negotiations Concerning the Space to be Leased with Representatives of Federal Agencies Other Than the Officers and Employees of General Services Administration.
