Description
Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to remove existing boat fueling diesel and gasoline fuel pumps, hoses and reels, and replace with new dispensers complete with pumps, hoses and reels in fuel dispensing cabinets. Remove existing fuel tank level gauges from the existing 4000 gallon diesel 550 gallon gasoline and 2000 gallon fuel oil tanks and replace with new clock face type fuel level gauges. Remove existing sewer check valve and replace with new check valve. Near-White Blast clean to Steel Structures painting Manual SSPC 10 approximately 90 ft. of 4? cast iron sewer pipe and fittings and coat with salt water immersion resistant Chlorinated Rubber coating. Note: the paint has not been sampled or tested for lead content. Contractor may at his option sample and test for lead content, and provide the Contracting Officer?s representative a copy of the test report, otherwise the paint coating on the pipe shall be removed and disposed of as lead based paint. Remove existing PVC fuel oil and gasoline secondary containment piping from the existing fuel tanks to the existing boat fueling dispenser locations on the pier. The existing primary fuel oil and gasoline piping shall remain. Provide new fiberglass fuel oil and gasoline secondary piping. Relocate two existing boat shore ties from the Coast Guard pier to the adjacent DNR pier for the duration of the project site work period. Provide temporary boat electrical shore tie service to these shore ties at the DNR state pier during site work period. Reinstall the shore ties at the Coast Guard pier at their original location at the end of the project. The applicable NAICS Code is 237120 with a Small Business Size Standard of $28.5 million. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. Completion time is 120 DANTP. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Coast Guard now distributes the Technical Data Package (TDP) portion of solicitations through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) website. In order to obtain the TDP portion of the solicitation the contractor will be required to be registered in CCR and have a MPIN (Marketing Partner ID Number). For information on CCR and MPIN, access the website at: http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on these websites. A bidders list is not available. Note: This is not a bid; therefore results will not be posted, only the award.
