- This information is for solicitation SP0100-03-Q-4298. The item is Braid, Textile Lace, Vellum, Woven, 1 ?? W. The purchase quantity is 10,000 yards with no additional options. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8315-01-440-7127. The specification is MIL-B-13466E dated 16 September 1988. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor. There is one delivery and acceleration is applicable. The delivery period is scheduled to begin 60 days after the date of award. The destination is Albany Georgia. This solicitation will be issued, as a Total Small Business set aside that will result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for this acquisition. (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies. It is implemented in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) at Part 225.7002.
