- Description
- This is a notice of the Government's intent to negotiate a follow-on order for meteorological data on a sole source basis with the Mount Washington Observatory, North Conway, New Hampshire, The statutory authority for this action is 41 U.S.C.(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The Observatory is the only source available on Mount Washington to provide the necessary data to fulfill the government's need. Performance shall be for a base period of one year. The total order value is estimated below the simplified acquisition threshold of $100,000.00.
