- Description
- The contractor shall provide the Research Department at the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121 (SFVAMC), in cooperation with University of California (UCSF)at San Francisco, Web Based Data System Services. This is a small part of a three phase project. The VA shall only contract for Phase One which is a minor part of the project. The project entails working with the UCSF in the development of a web based system for compliance related data collection, data retrieval, process documentation and workflow automation. The contractor shall be able to work with both the VA and UCSF Information Technology Departments. The work shall be required on site at UCSF and the SFVAMC. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. NAICS:514210 (21.0 million). This is a commercial procurement The following clauses and provisions plus addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-2 Evaluation,52.212-3 Representations and Certfifications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions, 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders. The solicitation will be issued o/a October 15, 2003. No web based offers will be accepted. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. Phone messages with questions will not be returned.
