- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Acquisition Center will conduct a Pre-Proposal Conference regarding Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) 66 III, Cost-Per-Test for Clinical Laboratory Analyzers on October 16, 2003. The conference will be held at the National Acquisition Center, Building 37 in Hines, IL from 9:00 am until Noon. The purpose of the conference is to discuss changes to the solicitation, commercial sales practice disclosures and the requirements for preaward reviews. Solicitation No. RFP-797-FSS-03-0001 was issued on October 9, 2003. A copy of this solicitation may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
