- Description
- This requirement is for the upgrade of two prototype VMS II processors, P/N 14000 to production configuration, P/N 14000, NSN 6615-01-473-7399. The contractor shall furnish all repair materials and parts required to repair and upgrade the processors. This acquisition is sole source to the following contractor: Chadwick-Helmuth Co., Inc. 4601 N. Arden Drive, Elmonte, CA 91731, CAGE: 99866. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 30 October 2003. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
