- NA The U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) intends to award a firm-fixed priced, non-personal services contract for Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Tacoma, Washington, which requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to p rovide home oxygen deliveries, rentals and respiratory supplies to patients of MAMC. This is a commercial item procurement and FAR Part 12 will be used for this requirement. The solicitation is unrestricted and will be full and open competition. All int erested parties are encouraged to respond to this notice. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) is 621399. There are approximately 115 patients (numbers may increase/decrease) requiring this equipment in the local geographical area. The con tract period will be 1 December 2003 through 30 November 2004 for the base period and will include four one-year option periods.
