Description: This Basic Ordering Agreement provides for procurement of technical operational engineering support, SPALT (Strategic Systems Projects Alteration) support, replenishment of equipment, spare parts, future navigation subsystem technical and engineering support as well as repair for the TRIDENT I (C4) and TRIDENT II (D5) navigation subsystem. The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement to The Boeing Company, BMC3 & Strategic Systems, Anaheim, CA. Qualifications are unique to Boeing for the provision of the proposed effort. See Note 22. *****
