- Description
- Packing, moving and storage services for local Marines deploying 90 to 225 days in support of Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price requirements contract for the basic period 01 December 2003 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 November 2004 and four one year priced out option periods. To be eligible for award offerors are required to meet the following qualifications: (1) be approved by HQ, MTMC, SE RSMO, 4698 North Second, Bldg 208A, Forrest Park, GA, 30297-5123, (404) 469-5923; and (2) shall be licensed by the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) to move household and personal goods within the state of North Carolina. Solicitation requests should be submitted in writing via email (makinsonje@lejeune.usmc.mil) or fax to (910) 451-2332 indicating request for proposal number, contractor?s name, street address, tele phone and fax numbers, email address, point of contact and business type (small, disadvantaged, or large). In order to receive an award, the vendor must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration site at www.ccr.gov, and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at https://rmb.ogden.disa.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business. See Note 1.
