Description

TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), Communications and Customer Service Directorate is seeking vendors to exhibit customer service, communications, marketing, training/education and Web programs at the TRICARE Communications and Customer Service Conference. PURPOSE: To enhance, improve, and strengthen TRICARE customer service, communications, marketing, training/education and Web programs as we prepare for the transition to the next generation of TRICARE contracts. To provide attendees with the opportunity to network, partner, share best practices and generate ideas and solutions. WHEN: November 4-6, 2003 WHERE: Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, 5000 Seminary Road, Alexandria, VA - WHAT: 8 feet x 10 feet booths ? details regarding exhibits will be provided in the Exhibitor Prospectus. SELECTION: TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) will make exhibitor selections based on applicability to the conference focus and topical areas, as well as the order of receipt of completed applications.
