Description

Provide heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) preventive maintenance and repair services at 400 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA, and Crystal Gateway North Building, 1111 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA. The period of performance will be for an initial base period of December 1, 2003 through November 30, 2003, and will include four (4) one (1) year option periods. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $6 million. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday October 23, 2003 at 10:00 am in the 400 Army Navy Drive lobby. All contractors planning to attend should arrive thirty minutes early to allow for processing through security and should be able to present valid picture identification for access to the building.
